Vacation. A time for rest, relaxation, over-indulgence and gluttony. Does that sound familiar? Why does our hard work and determination have to stop just because we have a week off? For me, lifting is as much mental as it is physical. If I go more than 3 days without, I start to get mentally uneasy. When out with your family, chances are you’re going to be piled into your family car.
